Herbaria
* They make terrific all organic and natural soaps and shampoos. One of my personal favorites is their solid shampoo. The benefits of solid shampoos is that you can carry them with you on a plane when travelling, they use far less packaging than liquid shampoos, plus they last quite a bit longer.
Jason Cosmetics
* This is an interesting name for a natural products company. I don't know much about their cosmetic products, but can vouche that their non-flouride mouthwash is awesome. Tea tree oil, clove, and cinamon have been shown to greatly reduce gum irratation and swelling/bleeding in combination with brushing and flossing. I've been using their products now for over a year, and the results have been great.
Seventh Generation
* Don't be fooled by CLOROX's onslaught of new "green" cleaning solutions and product commercials. Seventh Generation is the real deal, and they've been doing it before it was cool to be green. I use their dish washing liquids and laundry detergent. I'll admit the laundry detergent isn't as good as TIDE, but considering it's green and much better for the environment, it's a tradeoff I'm willing to accept. The dish washing liquids (hand and machine) are great. You can find Seventh Generation in Target and Publix supermarkets.
Sleep Bamboo
* Few people realize just how environmentaly aweful cotton is. It requires an extremely high toxic load of pesticides , it bleeds the land of minerals, and although can be regrown, it does so at a high environmental price. Bamboo sheets (and fabric) are the perfect alternative, and can be just as comfortable as cotton. Moreover, bamboo is self-sustaining, requires no pesticides, and very little water. Try bamboo for your bedding and other materials instead of cotton.
